Ok.. it's a long one. Let's start by saying Jeff sold our 1st home, 10 years ago. When we decided to sell again, there was no question that we wanted to work with Jeff again. Jeff helped sell our home in a buyers market at a price that we were more than happy with but was also strategic enough to sell fast. AND BOY DID IT SELL FAST! Within 72 hours, we had 3 showings and 2 offers. Both buyers accepted our counteroffer and we were under contract super fast. I was NOT expecting our house to sell so quickly, so it was a bit hectic but Jeff made me feel so comfortable and calmed me down (on numerous occasions!). Simultaneously, Jeff helped us buy a new build and managed to get them closed within 48 hours of each other so we were not "homeless" for any period of time. It is so easy to walk into these new build neighborhoods and talk with their on-site realtors but I am SO glad and HIGHLY recommend having a realtor like Jeff help you - especially in our scenario where we had an issue with the builder and they were unwilling to budge but Jeff pushed and did not let up and we got it resolved!
